1. Go to your Reservations Page
  2. Find the Reservation you wish to fulfill. 

Note: You can search for the reservation by simply scrolling through the reservations table. Alternatively, you can search for the reservation by entering the name, or other reservation details, into the "Search for Reservation" bar

  3. Click the reservation you wish to fulfill

Note: If a customer did not make a reservation prior to requesting a keg you can process their order by creating a reservation using the steps found in our "How to Create a Reservation" article for them and then fulfilling their order immediately after.

  4a. Complete Payment (If Applicable)

Note: If a customer chose the "Pay at Time of Pickup" option in their reservation then payment must be collected prior to checking out the keg.

  4b. Select Item (hand-tap or keg) to scan

Note: Don't forget to confirm all reservation details before checking out the keg

  5. Scan each reserved item 

Note: Once routed to the scanning page, fill the yellow box on the screen with the Kegmeisters QR code. Make sure your device is held still and the camera is focused. If the QR code is not scanning make sure the sticker has been applied smoothly on the keg surface and has not been damaged beyond usability. Or, try moving to a location where it is not over bright or too dark where there are no shadows or glares on the sticker. 

Note: Once successfully scanned your device will most likely alert you and you will be routed to the "Cheers Page"
