Note: An item must currently be reserved and checked out in order to be returned and checked back in. Confirm a reservation has been successfully created and checked out before checking back in.
- Open the Kegmeisters app
- Click the "Scan" Button
Note: You can click the "Scan" button in the upper right hand corner of any page within the Kegmeisters app.
3. Scan the keg being returned
Note: Once routed to the scanning page after clicking the "Scan" button, fill the yellow box on the screen with the Kegmeisters QR code on the item that needs to be reserved. Make sure your device is held still and the camera is focused. If the QR code is not scanning make sure the sticker has been applied smoothly on the keg surface and has not been damaged beyond usability. Or, try moving to a location where it is not over bright or too dark where there are no shadows or glares on the sticker. Once successfully scanned your device will most likely alert you and you will be routed to the "Cheers Page."
